We operate by appointment only to ensure prompt and dedicated service. This helps minimize wait times and allows us to prepare for your specific service needs. Please call or book online to reserve your time.

2. What do I need to bring for a Live Scan appointment?
You’ll need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and the completed Live Scan request form provided by your employer or licensing agency.
* The top section must be filled out by the requesting agency.
* The second section must contain your personal information.
* We will complete the bottom section during your appointment.

3. How long does a Live Scan appointment take?
Most Live Scan appointments take about 10–15 minutes once you arrive and your form is complete. To keep the process quick and smooth, please make sure your Live Scan Request Form is fully filled out and bring a valid, unexpired photo ID.

4. Can you notarize documents in Spanish?
Yes, we can notarize documents in Spanish, as long as they meet California notary requirements and you understand the contents of the document. We also speak Spanish at A-1 Notary and Fingerprinting L.L.C.
